Lee “dem Bones” Barnum, Guitar and Vocals
Lee Barnum has been playing professionally since 1972. He started in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and went on the road for 10 years playing the Midwest to Las Vegas. Lee moved to Minneapolis in the mid-’80s, playing and working in the music business for another 15 years.
Lee moved to Nashville in 1998, playing and working until 2004 when he moved back to Grand Forks for family reasons. He has been teaching guitar lessons since 2006.
Lee plays a Taylor 414 CE through a Fender Acoustasonic amp, and a Taylor T5. He uses a 3/4″ Craftsman Socket for slide work.
